Misty — official character art, from the announcement
The announcement, verbatim
🧪 New Character: Misty
Mythic | Proficiency: Wand
An apprentice witch roaming the world in search of rare herbs.
She has yet to master powerful magic, but has a remarkable talent for
creating unexpected effects with her unusual potion mixtures.
Unpredictable magic in a single sip!
What will happen this time?
[Exclusive Skill]
Drinks an unstable potion to unleash its magic.
• 50% chance to increase her movement speed and attack speed
(also affects nearby allies at 6 stars and above)
• 50% chance for the potion to explode, damaging nearby enemies
[Runes]
• Giant Potion: Enlarges allies to increase their attack power, or
shrinks enemies to reduce theirs.
• Schrödinger's Potion: Activates both the success and failure
effects of her exclusive skill at once, with a greater attack speed boost
and increased explosion bonus damage.
• Elixir: Guarantees her exclusive skill succeeds and revives fallen
allies. Each ally can only be revived once.
A Mythic, not a new ceiling
Vlad's announcement led with a rarity name that never shipped — Misty's Mythic is rank 7 on the 9-rank ladder the site already tracks, the same tier the kit guide and endgame guide have costed and curve-matched all run. Her place on the ladder is known; only her numbers are pending:
| Rank | Name | Max level | +DPS add | DPS mult | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 7 | Mythic | Grade 2 | 110 | 4,893.0 | 1,969.0 |
| 8 | Exotic | Grade 2 | 130 | 14,734.0 | 5,905.0 |
| 9 | Eternal | Grade 2 | 130 | 46,882.0 | 17,715.0 |
Simply put: at launch, Misty will have less headroom than Exotic and Eternal kits, by the data's own math — until the ladder itself grows, which is exactly the door Vlad is holding open.
The kit, translated into expected numbers
Misty's skill is the game's first kit built on uncertainty — which, conveniently, is quantifiable:
- The coin flip itself. Every cast is 50% buff (movement + attack speed for Misty) / 50% explosion (AoE damage on enemies) — and at 6★ and above, the buff half of the coin also hits nearby allies. The 6★ milestone mirrors Vlad's: both new kits turn their "ultimate upgrade" into a partial support pivot.
- Schrödinger's Potion — the kit's native answer to the coin. This rune makes both outcomes true each cast: the buff and the explosion, each stronger than the base versions. Effectively the "no variance" rune for players who hate rng — 100% uptime on both effects, per cast.
- Elixir — the "impossible" rune. Guarantees the success side, and adds revive-on-heal for fallen allies — once per ally per fight (the once-only wording is the balancing guard: a fight can't loop forever). Note the name collision with the game's existing Elixir currency (the item the Lucky Spin wheels have been paying since the Autumn Fest began): a rune named exactly like a major currency. The 26.0.0 rune set already carries a "Giant Shuriken" — a similarly named rune for a different kit — so "Giant Potion" will slot in as a sibling name, not a duplicate.
- Giant Potion — positional power. Enlarge allies for attack power, shrink enemies to reduce theirs. Like Vlad's three runes, each pushes the same tuned-out knob a different direction: team-wide amplification (Giant), variance elimination (Schrödinger's), and cheat-death (Elixir).
LuckySpinRewardData-style probability. When Misty's tables
land, the actual chance in the data will likely be a weight table, not a
"50%" string — and our rune tooling will read it.In the current build? A byte-level sweep
Same check as the Vlad post: a full search of every locale, hero and rune table in the shipped build for Misty's markers:
- "Misty", "Giant Potion", "Schrödinger" — zero matches in the entire extraction. (One near-miss worth naming: the existing Hero Rune Giant Shuriken, which is the same "Giant_" naming shape applied to a completely different kit — proof the pattern exists, not that Misty's rune shipped.)
- "Elixir" — the currency exists as an item (a Lucky Spin payout since the Autumn Fest); no rune named "Elixir" ships today.
- Wand proficiency — the family is real, currently with 3 heroes (Princess, Phoenix, Freyja); Misty will be the 4th wand carrier when her tier data lands.
Misty, her art, her runes — all with a future build, byte-for-byte new. The 26.0.0 pattern, again.
The likely ship vehicle: Version 27
The timing is still the calendar from the Lucky Spin 1 pause: the update waiting in the wings is the same update that would carry Vlad — and at this cadence, Misty too. Two new heroes in two announcements, both set to arrive with a build whose event schedule is currently paused to receive it. When 27 lands, the pipeline's standing job applies: diff every table, sweep the rarities again, and turn both announcements into rows.
What we're watching for
- A release date — the announcement gives none.
- Version 27's tables: Misty's tier rows, her actual coin-flip probability table (if it ships as a weight table, we'll read it), and whether Mythic's rank-7 numbers carry any per-hero modifiers.
- Her three runes entering the rune table — the Hero Rune set may grow from 43 to 49 (Vlad's three plus Misty's three) the morning both go live.
- The wand family's shape after her: four wand carriers means the DPS-calculator's wand curve gets a bigger sample than ever.
We'll update this post the moment any of it lands in a downloadable build.
