XXP HeroOP25/09/2026, 06:00Hi @everyone, it's Ken, your Community Manager!
As I mentioned earlier this week, I'm opening this thread to hear your thoughts, feedback and suggestions, not just about the game but about our Discord server too. Keeping everything in one place makes it much easier for me to track, and it keeps 💬|global-chat clear for everyday conversation.
There's no set format for your answer, but the more specific you are, the more helpful it is. For example:
- What's the issue, and is it in-game or on Discord?
- What makes you happy/unhappy, or what would you like to see change?
- How do you think we could improve it?
A few things to keep in mind:
- I'll collect every response here and share them with the team, but changes won't happen overnight. Everything needs to be discussed first.
- There are no good or bad answers. That said, not every suggestion will make it in, since our team has limited resources and needs to prioritize. Thank you for understanding.
Finally, it's completely okay to feel frustrated, and honest feedback is always welcome. Please keep it constructive and respectful, though. Comments that cross the line into hostility may result in a mute or ban, depending on the situation.
Thanks so much for taking the time to share. Your input really does help shape XP Hero!

What Ken is actually asking for
Read it closely and it's three invitations in one: report what's not working, say what you'd change, and tell them how you'd change it — for the game and for the Discord server alike. The one-thread rule is the interesting part: instead of suggestions scattering across channels and getting lost, everything lands in one place that Ken personally combs through. That's a real pipeline to the dev team, not a suggestion box that feeds a shredder.
The honesty is refreshing too. He says outright that changes won't happen overnight, that everything needs discussing first, and that not every suggestion will ship because resources are limited and priorities exist. No community manager has to say that part out loud.
How to give feedback that actually gets read
Ken asks for specificity, and that's where this site earns its keep. A vague "gold is too tight" is hard to act on; a claim anchored to the game's own numbers is something a designer can check against their tables. So when you post, borrow our data:
- Drop rates feel off? Every rune's Tomb of Heroes drop odds are on the Runes page — quote the number alongside your streak and you've turned an anecdote into a testable claim.
- A difficulty wall? The Challenge Tower page lists every floor's waves and scaling, and the Bestiary has each enemy's stats and drops — point at the exact floor and enemy instead of "somewhere in the late tower".
- A balance complaint? The DPS calculator and Hero Builder put real numbers behind "this hero feels weak" — show the build and the math.
- An economy gripe? The Progression & Economy page has every upgrade ladder's costs, from Soul Imprints to grade-ups, straight from the game's tables.
Play nice — the rules are stated up front
Frustration is explicitly welcome; hostility is explicitly not, and it can earn a mute or ban. That's not Ken being precious — it's what keeps a thread like this alive long enough to matter. If the channel fills with pile-ons, the team stops reading it, and the people who wrote careful, constructive posts lose their pipeline. Be the reason the thread stays open, not the reason it gets locked.
Where to post
The feedback thread lives on the official XP Hero Discord — discord.gg/x6AuCHAxfg. Join, find the thread, and write your post there; that's the only place the team is collecting. And if you'd rather chew over ideas with other players first, our own fan Discord is discord.gg/gzaUPeZFnz — draft your suggestion with us, then post the polished version to Ken.
One last thing
For what it's worth: this kind of thread is how the game gets better in directions nobody on the team thought to look. The devs shipped an entire rune system in 26.0.0; the tables for it were sitting in the APK the whole time, and the players who asked "what's next?" are the reason we decoded them. Your suggestions land in the same pipeline that produced the last update. Use it.
