How this is calculated (and its limits)

Level stats come from PlayerLevelData anchor levels (interpolated in between — the real curve may differ slightly).
Unlock gates come from ContentUnlockData. Quest-gated features are placed at their position in the main chain (the game's own onboarding order); a few unlock at a player level instead.
Chapter progress is approximate: the tracker assumes every boss gate of your current chapter and earlier is cleared. In-game you may be mid-chapter — the boss list shows exactly which gates exist.
Chapter 4–6 names aren't in the locale files yet, so those chapters show as "Chapter 4/5/6".
